1. Digital Purchases
Payments for Trezonic products and services are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Paddle’s buyer refund policy, purchases of digital products and access passes are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been completed and access, credits, or digital features have been provided.
2. Starter Pass
The Trezonic Starter Pass is a one-time purchase that provides access to the benefits displayed at checkout for 30 days.
It does not automatically renew unless a recurring subscription product is clearly offered and accepted separately.
If technical problems prevent you from receiving or using the paid features you purchased, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and assist you.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s applicable refund procedures and consumer protection requirements.
